Registration
The number of participants is limited. Registrations will be considered in the order in which they are received. You will be notified in writing in the event of a cancellation. If you have a different billing address, please let us know when you register.
Cancellation
Please understand that we can only recognize written cancellations:
- up to 2 weeks before the seminar: cancellation free of charge.
- less than 2 weeks before the seminar: 25% of the agreed fee.
- less than 1 week before the seminar: 50% of the agreed fee.
- In case of no-show: 100%
Substitution of the registered participant is possible by arrangement. en.co.tec reserves the right to make changes to the program and is entitled to cancel an event for special reasons or if the minimum number of participants is not reached. Participation fees already paid will then be refunded. The participant shall not be entitled to compensation for any cancellation or rebooking fees incurred, e.g. for transportation and accommodation booked by the participant or other expenses
Invoice
Invoices will be issued upon registration. We request that you transfer the participation fee within 14 days of receiving the invoice
You will find our participation fees directly with the seminar, unless otherwise stated, we offer the following options for en.co.tec seminars:
- Early bird (up to 4 weeks before)
- Standard (from 4 weeks before the seminar)
Consent
By registering, you agree that the data you provide will be electronically recorded and processed by en.co.tec Schmid KG. Furthermore, you agree to the transmission of further information by e-mail. If photographs of persons are taken by en.co.tec in the course of this event, the person depicted gives his/her express consent free of charge to the exclusive and unrestricted permission to use, publish, reproduce and distribute them. This consent is granted upon registration for the event.
